As Hurricane Gustav evacuees in West Tennessee began heading back to New Orleans, a Carroll County official on Thursday complained that they were not provided with adequate food at a shelter in Lavinia.

Shannon Dykstra, chairperson for the Animal Shelter Board, is interviewed by Jeff Tang, of Channel 5 News, Friday following the dismissal of animal cruelty charges against County Mayor Jimmy Wiseman.

"Right here in the heart of West Tennessee we are going to have a great lake for a lot of people to come and visit," says Huntingdon mayor Dale Kelley.
